The decision to commit to my musicianship, no matter what life presented, was one of the first big choices I made by myself, from deep within myself, and for myself. It felt right. This notion of musicianship is not confined to acquiring music-making skills or building a career, but rather, speaks to a way of experiencing life, a life of being engaged with a very personal relationship with sound. Freelance work with my business, Follow That Flute, Inc., has kept monotony at bay with no regrets.
